I've used this on and off for a couple years now. It's a great source to get 7-Keto at a great price. Especially if you want to avoid a bunch of stimulants and garbage that is in other "fat-burners". I can honestly say that this does boost fat loss. No miracles, but it's more effective than diet and exercise alone.... Just don't expect to lose weight if you plan to pop a few of these before you sit down on the couch with a bag of potato chips.

It's effective with all diets, but I have noticed that it seems to really ramp up the fat loss on a lower-carb diet.

I am writing this review mainly on the company and not so much the product as I returned it prior to trying it. The company shipped this item very quickly. As I started doing more research on the product, however, I realized I was not able to take it due to existing health problems (high blood pressure). I immediately contacted the company and asked if I may return it and was assured that I could. Upon the company receiving the item back, I was issued a refund immediately. The fact that someone answered the phone and I spoke with a LIVE representative who was very pleasant, coupled with the immediate refund allows me to say that this is a company I would encourage everyone to do business with.

This product may have worked for other people, but it has not worked for me. After 45 days of use, I have not seen a difference in my weight or energy. I was really hopeful that this would be of great benefit, but at this point, I cannot say it has worked. During that time, I continued with my daily workout routine and diet. I also combined it with Forskolin.

This product doesn't work at all. I purchased it after seeing it promoted on Dr. Oz. He said it increases metabolism but it has done nothing for mine. I took it twice a day as recommended. My metabolism is still at a standstill.
