I take 2 in the morning and this is enough to keep me going most of the day. If I take another 2 in evening as well it keeps me up longer than I want to so only in morning is all i need. It doesn't give me the butterfly feeling either so i'm really happy with this product.

My, the product is really really good. I take many medications and I looked at this product with an open mind. I am a nurse and did not want to be pursuaded into the product and uses. I immediately felt the edge inside of me disappearing and have felt better ever since. It is a very good product and would recommend it to everyone who cannot explain that witchiness feeling inside.
