NOT WHAT I NEEDED/WANTEDApr 05, 2011
By James L. Stephens I am 75 years old, with very thin skin. I bruise very easily. I was hoping that this product would stop or minimize the bruising. The following text is copied from the product's box:(begin quote) Uses -- For relief of muscle aches and stiffness due to minor injuries, over-exertion, falls and blows. Reduces pain, swelling, and discoloration from bruises. (end quote) I have not found this product helpful in preventing or minimizing discoloration from my bruises caused by very slight bumps to my hands and arms with no pain or discomfort.

Got this along with the Hyland's - Arnica Montana 30x, 250 tablets. Used these on many occasions with absolutely NO noticeable benefit. Easy to use, no greasiness.
No pain relief came from using this ALONG with the Tabs, and I had a bruise that did not go away very quickly while using these tabs AND the cream at the same time. Put the cream on my sore muscles, and on the bruise at least 6 - 7 times a day for over two weeks. Absolutely NO benefit!
I don't know how these other reviewers found any relief from using these Arnica products, but I found absolutely NO relief or benefit from using them.

This has been a life savor in my household as my husband suffers from a broken back,and other back,joint and muscle issues he says it helps him quite a bit. I have even used it for my bruises as I bruise easily and have also used it for my joints as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Lupus. I have recommended this product to a lot of people and will continue to do so.

By Jessica I suffer from neck and back muscle tightness and soreness. I have been searching for relief for over a year and a half to no avail. I was given this cream by my acupuncturist to use as needed. I applied and right away my neck and shoulders felt relief. I worry about taking a lot of ibuprofin and now I don't have to. I would recommend this to anybody suffering from chronic muscle pain.
