Saved me several trips to the doctor. I do believe it is an immune booster.Jan 21, 2012

Many years ago I struggled with energy. A friend of mine who had battled Einsteins Barr told me that Astragulus was something that helped her. I tried it (the Pharm extract) and I found that it helped my energy level as well as saved me several trips to the doctor.

I've had no medical insurance for all of 2011 until now and have relied on this to keep me healthy and it has. I had stopped taking it for about 3 months when I ran out and during that time I got a cold which resulted in green mucus (sorry). But I ordered another bottle and thank goodness, it when away in 2 days.
Maybe I was lucky, but it happened a 2nd time when I stopped taking it over the holidays and after flying home after New Years 2012, I was exposed to the "uncovered cough" of the person sitting next to me on the plane. This time I got a runny nose, cough, and my mucus turned yellow, but cleared up in 2 days after taking the Astragalus. I doubt I will ever take Antibiotics again. Also, if I take this as soon as I feel a sore throat coming on it seems to work better for me then Ecinacea. I really trust the Astragulus. It works for me and I always recommend it to my friends.
