I have a hard time sleeping and when I do sleep, it's not a restful sleep. I had been on Ambien and while I LOVE Ambien, when it put me to sleep, I'd sleep so deeply that I was unable to hear my 2 and 3 year old at night if they woke up crying. Didn't like that - I need to be able to wake up for my children. I tried Melissa and I LOVE IT. It gradually makes you sleepy and it is a restful sleep. I am also able to awaken if my children need me at night. In the morning you don't feel tired. The wonderful thing about Melissa was that the next night, while I didn't take any pills, I slept wonderfully. So I generally take this once to every two/three nights and I sleep great. Glad I found it and it's worth the money.

This is a great product for reducing anxiety and for sleeping difficulties. It helps me fall asleep on those nights when I can't "shut my brain off." While working in a very stressful job I found that when I took just one capsule of melissa the anxious feelings would subside a bit and I could continue working. I don't know how this works but it has proven itself to me. I never run out now. And with the great prices I can find on Amazon, it's also very affordable.

I wish I had found these years ago! So much better than Valerian or Kava..no side effects at all. More natural.

I gave this product three stars bc it didn't seem to help me sleep. Valarian Root and Scullcap seem to work the best for me. Everyones body chemistry is different so just bc it didn't work for me does not mean it won't for you.

I was interested in Lemon Balm for its anti stress abilities. I knew that natures way would be the safest and most effective way for testing this herb out.

It seemed to mellow me out throughout the day. The directions say to take 3 capsules with food, but I took them on an empty stomach to get the full effects.

I must say I felt better, im not sure if its a placebo or not but they worked for me!
