vitamin K-1 helps bruises heal fasterMar 04, 2011

I started taking this brand of K-1 supplement several years ago. K-1 is an essential nutrient for blood coagulation. Any light bruises I incur from normal bumps at work or home now heal in a matter of days rather than weeks. 100 mcg per day is enough for me. Highly recommended.

I've always been a "bleeder" so I tried this to see if it would help. It definitely has. My blood clots noticeably more quickly now. And the price is about as good as I've seen. However, since this does improve clotting, make sure that's something you need. Make sure you aren't going to be getting too much with whatever other sources of K-1 you may be ingesting. Don't use this if it may cause unwanted blood clots. When I told my doctor I was supplementing vitamin K-1, he game me a concerned "Why?" But I'm very pleased with what it's done for me. I've probably been using it for about 7 or 8 months.

The discription of the item clearly states a "pack of 2" and the site, when I ordered, said 3 left. I ordered all three expecting six bottles. When they arrived today there was only 3 bottles and the site now says 5 left. I paid double the advertised price and the advertising is deceptive.

One bottle was opened ... the inner seal was pulled back...and the outer seal was worked back on carefully. I had to throw that bottle out.
