Best multi-vitamin from natural sourcesJan 11, 2009
By Farnoosh Brock After extensive research between several high-end natural brands, with minimal chemicals, and comparing the ratios of ingredients, as well as the super nutrients, this is the one vitamin I have been taking now for several years. I wanted to take only one a day. I can take it in the AM or afternoon, on an empty or full stomach, and never experience an ounce of nausea. I have taken it easily while fasting as well. I think you need to research your body needs, your nutrition gaps and compare against the ingredients and daily dosage that this provides. Buying in Whole foods will cost about 25-35% more than buying anywhere online. I used to buy this off Nutrition Express.com but just decided to order from Amazon as it will save me $2! :)

Very complete vitamin, full of many things others don't haveAug 13, 2010
By Areesa I was looking for a new multi-vitamin that didn't make me sick 10 minutes after taking it, and discovered this one at the local Natural food store. I asked the gal behind the counter about it, and she had good things to say, so I tried it. I can take this on an empty stomach and I feel no nausea, or upset stomach. I usually take it with breakfast, but even the other multi-vitamins I have taken made me sick even after eating breakfast. The nutrients this vitamin contains far exceeds any other multi I have stumbled upon. It has some High Energy Tonic Herbal Extracts, and I seem to notice a boost in energy when taking it. It isn't a jittery energy, just more of an awake feeling. The iodine from Kelp could have something to do with that, as I am hypothyroid, and I notice when I take Kelp supplements I feel more energetic. This multi contains a lot of the nutrients I was buying seperate supplements for. I was able to eliminate some extra vitamins because of this. That not only helps the pocket book, but helps me in that I am not taking so many "pills" every morning.

Best Once a Day Multi for Women.Apr 18, 2009
By N. George I have been taking this multi for almost 2 years, I love it! I had a great online supplier that went out of business and looked on Amazon for a very close price-tag. I would highly recommend this product to everyone. The whole Pure Essence line is terrific! The seller I purchased from was a delight to order from. I had a slight problem with delivery, but after 1 email to them, I was helped, above and beyond my expectations. Thanks Amazon!
A Women's Vitamin that Seems to Work WellFeb 20, 2012
By gmbaker I like these vitamins and they were recommended to me. They seem to give me some extra energy. They do have an awful odor and taste though but you can get passed that. :) I take mine with cranberry juice. I recommend these vitamins and you get a lot for the price.

By T. Spencer I love these vitamins and they are priced $18 cheaper here on Amazon than at my local health food store where they came highly recommended. I just finished my first three month supply of these once daily vitamins, and I had to splurge on another bottle. I haven't had a cold since I've been taking them. My energy level seems much higher. They never make me nauseous as Centrum multi's often did, even on an empty stomach. I did my research, and browsed through Amazon to see if I wanted to try the other popular Women's whole food one-a-day vitamin that is in the same price range, made by New Chapter. Anyway, I ended up re-ordering this vitamin because of the numerous complaints the other has about taste and smell. Also size. I would assume they are the same size but I can't say. The size of this vitamin is on the big side but it is basically the normal size of daily multis. I don't find the taste to be too strong or offensive, I'd never even considered it. They smell like vitamins but also not too strong or offensive. I sometimes will taste them when I burp but Only if I haven't eaten anything.
I am aware I could be fooled by the placebo affect, but I think these vitamins seem like they are very potent. I believe they have improved my immune system, energy level, and have also made my nails grow long and strong. I think they are well worth 10 bucks a month.
