This is an excellent value for a really good product. I swear by MSM as a beauty product as well as a health product. My hair and nails grow so fast and strong when I'm taking it and I believe everyday wear and tear skin abrasions and cuts heal more quickly. I have never experienced any gastro upset, ever. Some believe this is beneficial for joint health and comfort. I have a history of hip and knee arthritis which for the most part is no longer bothersome, but I take glucosamine so I don't know if both, time or etc has had that nice effect. Many of these products are labeled as 1500 mg but once you purchase and read the label you see you must actually take multiple tablets to get that amount- this product gives 1500 mg in just one tablet, making this an excellent value. They are a touch large, but I get them down with no trouble. Hard to find a comparable bargain for MSM at this level- I've looked and compared all over the place!

Wonderful product for hair, skin and nailsSep 16, 2011
By Amazon Queen I am an african woman and I want to grow my hair long. I have done my research and I have heard that MSM is very good aid in helping with the hair growing process. When I started taking MSM I have to say I really started to notice my face clearing up, I hardly have any break outs, my nails are harder and my hair is growing mad.
Yes, you guys the pills are big but just drink a big cup of water and the pill should go down easy. Taking this pill is like taking a multi-vitamin. I take MSM, Multivitamin (Alive), Biotin, horsetail for my daily regime. I only take once a day with lots of water. You have to drink lots of water with all products I use. Remember WATER WATER WATER WATER!!!

By kyekye I bought this item back in Jan. and began taking one a day around the end of the month. It is now March and i must say these vitamins have cleared my moderate acne so much. When i got pregnant with my daughter my hormonal level was so off i ended up getting acne. Before the pregnancy i had beautiful skin and had never had breakouts. Since 2009 i have been suffering with this acne problem and it has changed how i feel about myself so much. But since i have been taking these vitamins my face has cleared up dramatically. I am also getting the glow back in my skin and my black marks are fading. It is very true what they say that you must work from the inside out. These vitamins have helped me to get my self esteem back and now after the longest time i can actually walk out of my house without any makeup on and feel comfortable. If you suffer from acne please try this product and i pray it gives you the same results it has given me. Also my hair has grown a lot as well. Love these vitamins and if you try them i know you will too.
