I have been using Drs Best MSM for about 5 months and it has helped to greatly reduce the pain in my damaged knee as well as my back.
It also allows me to move comfortably and has removed the threat of strained and pulled muscles that I used to experience all the time before using this product.
It has also improved my skin tone and given me a feeling of wellness that I did not have before its use.
I also have fewer headaches and stomach pains.
It is as close to a miracle supplement that a person can find and I highly recommend it.

I've been using Doctor's best for over a month now- starting with 4 grams a day and now I'm up to 10 grams a day. Already my nails are nice and hard, skin is radiant (be sure to drink lots of water taking this). I mix it in my green shake every day and it doesn't affect the flavor. Its too bitter if mixed with water. 1 canister lasts forever, definitely a great buy!

Have only used it for a few weeks at the lowest dose because really makes you go to the bathroom. Don't know yet if it is making a difference in joints. Purchase process through amazon was great though.

I use every day! The price is reasonable and much better than taking pills. one teaspoon in a glass of water to sip on throughout the day!

Doctor's Best, Best MSM Powder (1 gram / serving), 250-Grams is a good brand of msm , the only side effect so far is slightly bigger breasts and less pain after work.. but besides that nothing spectacular.
