Been taking 2 capsules in the morning and two in the evening for about 3 weeks. And now I only take 2 in the evening. All I can say is wow!! this stuff really works. I've had over 4 gout attacks per year for the last 15 years and thanks to these black cherry extract pills, my ankles are very happy.
