By Susan Griffith the purchase process was flawless... arrived earlier than expected! I purchased the Alba Very Emollient Body Lotion to use in my massage practice. I have found it doesn't work well for a massage lotion. It absorbs fairly quickly and requires re-application for better glide. When used on it's own it can get thick and cakey and flake off some. I have combined it with a massage oil and use it warm to prolong the glide. It does have a pleasant scent and would probably be great for a daily lotion!

By Gypsy Girl I love this lotion!!! I discovered it at a local mom and pop health food store. It was costing me 15 and change for 32oz I think it was. I have gotten 3 or 4 bottles of lotion out of this one gallon and still have half left!!! I wash dogs for a living and I use this a million times a day 5 days a week at work. And I use it at home too. I share and tell anyone I can about it. I have terribly dry skin due to many factors. Bad water, climate, and health issues. The company sent it super fast and it got here way sooner than projected. I will be buying this again!!!!

By Diplomat This is by far one of the best lotions I have used. The price is great for the quantity received and I love that it is from Alba (and that means no parabens, common chemicals, or animal testing- at least that is what they said when i called them). It is not very thick-like some of their other lotions- and it is easily absorbed. It does make the skin soft with regular use, and it even seems to improve the tone. I am not a big fan of the smell, and it has a smell that i cannot explain (even though it sometimes smells like rice pudding and that is not my favorite). When it comes to the price, it has gone up more than $5 from the last time i bought it, yet it is one of the best deals. I think it is completely worth it, so go ahead, pamper yourself.

This lotion is very creamy, nice and thick. It spreads evenly and drys quickly. The problem for me is I goofed up and bought scented. I didn't like the smell. My grand daughter did and she's a happy camper. I'll order non scented.
