I take these along with the Borlean's Evening Primrose Oil for PMS symptoms. This and the Primrose really help alleviate breast tenderness and bloating associated with PMS. I'm amazed. I always consider Borlean's to be the best of quality.

I recently found out about the many benefits of Borage Oil. Do a simple google search to find out more but order this product with confidence. I prefer to only order directly from Amazon though.

i break these open and use on the skin. i mix them w/a gentle lotion, add ester c powder, and vitamin e oil.
