GNC didn't even have boron and if they did they would probably charge more than twice as much. I took one capsule of this boron with 1 capsule of calcium+D after eating breakfast, the results were very good. I felt strong, energetic, healthy and clear thinking. I believe I was deficient because it was like a black cloud had been lifted. I recommend taking it with one 600 mg of calcium+D twice a week. You don't need it every day.

After many attempts with traditional medicine(best hospitals and best specialists in my state) I gave up and start a treatment with a homeopathic doctor(outside the country), my case was severe with inability to move my hands and arms and pain was unbearable.
I start losing weight(first step)had 60 pounds overweight, by eating only healthy food, healthy means avoiding totally any processed food. then I start taking lugol's solution, colloidal copper, boron 3mg, calcium 1200mg and pure garlic(once a day) and drinking 67OZ(2L) of regular water(daily basics). and to start exercising my wore muscles(swimming only 10 minutes 3 times a week), after 3 months start feeling the improvement. a huge improvement, I had success cooking again, doing daily homework, and computer work, garden work, etc. overall I've improved over a 90% of what I was during my best days. One last advise, watch what you eat and make sure you take a natural treatment to clean your liver before doing anything at all...

Haven't been able to use the product too much yet. Am Hypothryoid and was waiting for a blood test before I started this. Will have to update this one later.
