3brite eyes IIINov 30, 2010
By Susan Nunely
When I received the product I was looking for something to work fast on cataracts. This isn't it. I still continued taking the product even when my sight wasn't getting any better. Besides I bought 4 bottles. At first I was doing the drops 4 times a day for the first 4 months. Then dropped down to morning and night after that. So after taking this since April of 2010 till November 2010, I have notice improvement. One eye was just starting to get a slight fog over it and now it is gone. Hurray!!!! The right eye was a lot worse then the other, even though it has improved. The color was all distorted when I started and a fog over the eye. Right now the color is back (Hurray) even though the fog is still their. I will continue this product, due to the improvement even if it is slow but on going. Not an over night improvement that everyone wants. Still worth it for those who want to wait or the doctor says your not bad enough for the operation. Remember those cataracts didn't just come in overnight and won't leave overnight either. I can understand those people who want to have an overnight improvement. I did too!
It does take a while to get use to the drops because it does cause a little discomfort for a few seconds when you put them in your eye. Remember to follow the directions on the thing. Use a sterile needle when you open the bottle top. Don't make the hole to big or you will be hurting for certain.
Good Luck to those who try this. Hope it works a little faster then me.

5Amazing I can see againFeb 25, 2011
By Vincent Martucci
I have been using this product for over a year now and it has cleared up my cataract problem in my left eye. The doctors were quick to recommend the operation but I wanted to find a natural way. I checked and rechecked the ingredients and the safety aspect of this product. Please give it a chance and see if it works for you.If you check around, you can get it cheaper than Amazon.

5anecdotal account, sample of one (1)Sep 11, 2011

After having had one cataract removed, and that was over four years ago, I attribute the lack of a secondary "residual" growth of the cataract, and the absence of anything in the other eye, to a combination of daily use of the N acetyl Carnosine eyedrops with other supplements and good diet. The Life Extension Brite Eyes III product seems to be consistent, well dated, and the bottle is now well enough designed (follow the instructions carefully) so that the drops are dispensed accurately. Interesting that the idiotic FDA regs force the manufacturers to label the most important ingredient as among the "inactive" ingredients!

4Slowly but surely workingJul 13, 2011

I have been using this product for about 5 weeks now and have started to notice improvement in both eyes. My right eye was much worse than the left one and the yellowish/browinish tint I used to see is starting to go away. I hope it will continue to improve but some is better than nothing. The left eye didn't have the yellowish/brownish tint so am not using as many drops in it but have noticed an improvement in color perception. Some web sites I have been viewing say that is takes about 3 to 6 months before improvement is noticed so I might be doing a little better than normal. The only complaint I have so far is a little stinging sometimes when I use it. It is most noticeable if I use the drops right after taking out my contact lenses, but it is not too severe.

3My experienceMay 12, 2010
By Vincent Stele
After having doubts about the potency and effectiveness of these eye drops, I switched to Can-C after 14 days. It seems as though, after doing this, I started to notice more change as far as visual performance. But I did an experiment yesterday, that startled me. I decided to alternate between Can-C and Brite Eyes III. After 4-5 drops that day I developed severe redness and irritation, which I had never experienced with either drops before to that degree. This leads to believe that the chemistry between the two drops is somehow incompatible or different. I would also say, from my experience, that the Brite Eyes III drops cause MORE irritation than Can-C.

Update March 17 2011: I no longer believe there is any significant difference between Brite Eyes III and Can-C. Even though neither is working for my cataract, I will be using Brite Eyes III in the future because it's less expensive.
