This is my favorite source for calcium and magnesium. It is absorbable and from only 2 tablets, you get 1000 mg of calcium. The rest of the calcium you need for the day, you should easily be able to get from food sources.

I was hesitant to order such a large bottle, but for the price, I couldn't go wrong. Taking two tablets every evening, and very satisfied with results. I will order more Country Life products in the future.
