This is a great tasting high quality product. However I looked everywhere on the bottle and couldn't find any refrigeration instructions so I just stuck it on the cupboard after I opened it. A few weeks later the liquid evaporated and a paste formed in the bottle. I looked again and finally discovered in extremely small font the product was to be refrigerated. I paid $22 for this at Whole Foods and am glad Amazon offers it at half price. Thanks.

By H. & J. My doctor recommended I take this supplement as I am having difficulty tolerating prescription medicine for bone loss. I purchased a bottle locally at a pretty hefty price. After searching Amazon, I found it for about 1/2 the local price. The taste is pleasant. We shall see how effective it is after my next bone density scan.

AMAZING PRODUCT!BROUGHT ME BACK TO LIFE I have been suffering for four years..horrible anxiety, weakness flu like symptoms with no fever stiffness in my entire body which kept me immobile...depressed because no doctors could find what was wrong with me ..but it got worst dizziness vertigo and unable to breath...then I a book I purchased here in Amazon was delivered to my house..and the first paqe mentioned all of my symptoms ..I had this product a little bit left which I had purchased for my son but rarely took it or did take it when we remember...the name of the book The Magnesium Miracle ..that is another book everybody should have in their homes...I told my son run and get me the liquid magnesium ( at this point I was very weak and not able to walk too far because I could not breath...i took one cap and in a few minutes my anxiety was gone and I was able to breath ..crazy! a real miracle!!!...of course I quickly purchased 2 bottles from this seller here because it is very inexpensive ..it sells for over $20 in other places. I thought I did a review but do not see it so here I am writing again ..everyone should know about magnesium why it took years of me suffering and thousands of dollars in doctors ..even nutritionists and no one could see that it was magnesium deficiency? there are so many people suffering right now as I write this when they shouldn't...overlook the whiners and complainers this product or any other company who is putting magnesium out there for us need to be in business...I am now taking magnesium citrate ...and giving it to everyone int he house!..if you want a miracle purchase the book you will not be disappointed in fact you will comeback and thank me ..this particular seller was very quick in fact super fast! I am glad because I was in bad need of it... After a week of using it I can tell you muscle stiffness is almost gone ..the muscles around my neck were hard as steel causing me anxiety those muscles are now softer...I can move around and do chores even carry laundry up and down and I can breath plus have energy now..please if you suffer with anxiety fibromaylagia stress acid reflux stomach hernia gallbladder problems dizziness vertigo constipation migraines ( the list goes on more than 100 symptoms in total ) they will go away...yes over 100 symptoms cured by magnesium ..good luck

I love this product. It's really nice that they come with Vitamin D and also in a cap. It's much easier to digest. I totally recommend this product to every one.

I cannot believe someone liked the taste of this -- it tastes like medicine. I tried an orange flavored liquid I bought at Vitamin World and it tasted far better. If you are picky about taste, pass on this one.
