Works wonders ... better alternative to steroids.Jul 13, 2010
By Lani Davis Our beloved long-haired Akita had come down with an ailment that our vet gave us a grim prognosis for (euthanize) our boy. My hubby and I did not want to even consider it as an alternative. We did a lot of online research.
There was a terrific article written by a German Akita owner, Michael Rampack. His Akita had come down with Sebaceous Adenitis (per his vet) which had the same symptoms that our boy was suffering with ... and had been given the same prognosis.
Mr. Rampack came up with his own homeopathic treatment for his Akita. We decided to try it. The Calendula Gel improved our boy's conditions and symptoms so well that we took him off all the vet recommended steroids, etc. Our Akita is doing great with the use of the Calendula Gel.

Wonderful healing agentJan 30, 2011
By Erica I use this product frequently on my face for acne, especially spots that I unfortunately picked at. It heals them amazingly fast- the spot usually looks almost normal the next day. It also seems to be anti-inflammatory. The gel dries quickly and disappears. I can definitely say it has helped with my acne. It has a mild, natural smell and I love the packaging - a metal instead of plastic tube.

Works on bug bites too....Jun 01, 2011
By Katie I went to my local "health" food store looking for an alternative to Benadyrl and cortisone creams for mosquito bites. Usually where I get bit gets swollen and the bite itches like crazy. I got some Calendula gel and have used it for the last 2 days. It goes on clear which is nice because you don't have to rub and rub like you do with the cortisone cream to get it to disappear on your skin. It dries really fast and has kept me from itching (and making the bites worse). It is not sticky and leaves no filmy residue. It has also helped reduce the swelling. I'm sold! Definitely try this if you are sick of "normal" solutions to this common problem.

By isabelle18 I use the gel during the day on a scar on my face. It is more pleasant than the ointment. It may also cause less breakouts for people with sensitive skin.
