Great heavy moisturizerAug 23, 2010
By Jules Mom I have used this cream for 10 years now, and still love it. It is very thick and almost greasy, but soaks in well. I have very dry skin and it is the only cream I have found that keeps my skin moisturized all day (or all night). I tried heavy creams like Eucerin, but didn't like them as much as they have lots of mineral oil and sit on top of the skin. This is a heavy cream, but all natural so doesn't just act as a barrier. I used to get dry patches before finding this cream but now never do. If you are looking for a great, heavy moisturizer, I highly recommend this cream. If you prefer a light, weightless one, this wouldn't be for you.

Burts's Bees Carrot Nutritive Night Creme is the ONLY non prescription product I have ever used which helps my psoriasis. Most other moisturizers do nothing or make it worse. I can actually make a patch GO AWAY COMPLETELY if I diligently apply it 3X per day. I only wish it was a little cheaper. I tried other Burt's Bees products for this and none of them worked. Must be the carrot oil. If you know anyone that suffers from psoriasis, they have nothing to lose by trying it! Make sure you get the carrot NIGHT creme.

By Jacqueline Ruskin I have been using this product for years. I used to get horrible chapped lips in the winter and now I never get them since I started using this. Just put it on after your shower and before you go to bed at night. Works great! No more peeling bleeding lips. Clorox better not change it or discontinue this product or I will cry.

By Coach Annie I had been looking for a night cream that would keep my face moisturized in the evening. The Burt's Bees Carrot Nutritive Night Creme worked really well for me and it smells great!! I used to have these dry patches around my nose and mouth but the cream has solved that problem for me. I am very satisfied with this product.

After reading everything about this product, I thought it would be perfect for my oily yet flaky skin. It's super thick so you have to rub between your fingers first or you just get thick areas of creme on your face. 5 minutes after using, I still had the major flakiness around my nose and mouth. It does feel a bit oily once on but provide moisture if you just have dry skin. It does not help the flaking and I feel like it might be making me break out a bit more. This would be good for someone with sensitive or slightly dry skin. And a little does go a long way.
