Very good sugar substituteJul 05, 2008
By Glenn Tate Although Agave Nectar is more expensive that regular sugar, it has a low glycemic index rating, which makes it perfect for those who have problems with high glycemic foods, and need to reduce their consumption. Though not diabetic, I have problems with high tri-glycosides which are considered as part of your total cholesterol level, and I must reduce my consumption of high glycemic foods. This fits the bill.
You can satisfy your sweet tooth without increasing your intake of high glycemic foods.

so far its pretty darn good
since i have diabetes it should help ne keeping my sugar levels at a good number
i recomend this and will purchase more

By J. E. lowe Trying different options to replace processed sugar in my diet. To date, I've had the most success with Agave. Delicious...nice and sweet, no aftertaste. I've baked both a cake and cheesecake with it successfully. I highly recommend this product.
Also, I love the squeeze bottle this comes in, it's handy.

This product tastes great! I have replaced this with using sugar in coffee, and it did not change the taste! Dissolves quickly. Works great with cereals. Guilt free sweetener! I tell everyone and WILL buy more!!

By B. Flory Very satisfied (again) with this sugar alternative that studies show does not spike blood sugar/insulin. I use it every morning in coffee. Doesn't have the strong taste like honey, so the java flavor is not influenced! Since it is a slightly thick liquid, it immediately blends w/ a quick stir. This company served me very well. The product arrived in zip-lock baggies, so if a seal had broken (which it didn't) it would have been contained. Thank you for a great product at a great price and great service.
