I've been using this product for 4 years. Originally, I gave my son 1 tablet, as he is older, I now give him the full suggested dose-2 tablets. I now have 2 children, and I am able to use this vitamin for both of them. These are easily chewed and tasty. They've never complained about taking them. From time to time, I've researched other vitamins for comparison and always come back to this one. Highly recommend.
