Drinking this really helped to clear my bowels..I fear taking it 3-days in a row as instructed, cause so much came so fast the next morning...sometimes making me feel a bit nauseous when i wake up until i relieve myself. Do not recommend drinking this in the a.m., though...

I really like this tea when and use it if I'm feeling bloated or undergoing a fast.
For great results, use together with the Detox Tea, otherwise, it is alright own its own.

By Kinsfang This tea definitely gets the job done. My only recommandation is that you take it only when you have several hours the next day to get it "out of your systems". That way there's no surprises at work.

I have a sensitive stomach. The first time I tried this was around 4pm. It took 6hours before it kicked in but once it did, I was up all night. The cramps were so bad I swore I would never use it again. I took loperamide to ease the discomfort and frequent trips to the potty.
