I love New Chapter Chlorella. It helps me get lots of work done that I usually don't feel like doing. I never have any lethargic feelings and my mood is very stable and positive. It's also great for activities requiring an increase in stamina or events that demand exceptional performance. I recommend taking six capsules a day (3 in the morning, and 3 in the afternoon). There's no way anyone can go wrong with these! And you should try doing this: Open up a couple of capsules and pour the powder into your favorite cold drink (it mixes very easily in liquid, and trust me, you'll feel the energy boost it provides). Or open up the capsules and pour the powder into your morning breakfast cereal. It will most certainly give your breakfast an extra jolt to get you through the morning. I'm not the only one who gives this supplement high reviews, lots of reviewers on the Internet have also raved about this particular product.
