I love this product. I mix one scoop of this with a teaspoon of cocoa powder - 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee - 2 icecubes and a cup of milk in my magic bullet for a delicious thick lunch milkshake meal replacement. I use this several times per week.

I haven't tried this one from a bulk can, only the packets.
I would suspect that the packets keep it a little fresher.

This was actually pretty good. I judge all my shake mixes based on water,
because I don't want to use milk for weight loss and lactose-sensitive purposes.
I had this one this morning with very cold water. I used my blender ball cup (also from
here on Amazon) and very cold water. The shake mixed up very easily.

Spiru-tein does sometimes tend to settle to the bottom of the shaker cup,
so be sure to shake it before each drink (if you let them sit). I did leave this
one sit quite often this morning as I was doing something else while snacking on
the shake. What I found was that the flavor grew on me. The first sip was a shrug
and not impressed. However, the other sips grew more enjoyable. The shake also
got THICKER as it sat, which I considered a bonus with this flavor! It might be why
it tasted better too.

I've heard other people recommend adding a squirt of sugar-free chocolate syrup to
these shakes to make them more chocolately. I didn't try that, but would certainly
not rule it out. I would also suggest adding some drops of chocolate Stevia drops.
It makes great chocolate drinks, so would probably add a nice boost to this shake too.

Overall, not a bad flavor, but I sure wish these were more cost-effective.
It is, however, one of the better brands out there if you want to use these shakes
for weight loss and not for workout bulking up. They have a lot of nutrition in them
without a lot of sugars and junk.
