I am not at all overweight, I exercise regularly, eat sensibly, yet my cholesterol became elevated. Bluebonnet CholesteRice was the only change that I made to my routine, and within 4 months, my cholesterol levels had improved measurably. My internist was so impressed that he asked me to email the information from the bottle of CholesteRice for his own use and to share with his patients. I have recommended this product to my sister and to her adult son, both of whom now take the product and both of whom have enjoyed the same positive results that I have. There are many red yeast rice products on the market, but this is the one that has worked best for me, and the one that I am totally comfortable in recommending to others who wish to lower their "bad" cholesterol and to increase their "good" cholesterol levels. I have now taken this product for about 3 years, but just recently found that it is available through Amazon.com, which is great because of the free shipping and the great pricing!!

By Bob I sitting down to write this review because I am so thrilled with my new blood test results. I'm a male age 56. On 1/9/2012 my total cholesterol was a frighening 247 and my LDL was 171. (I know - really bad.) My HDL was 53. I ordered this product and have been taking two capsules after dinner for the past 26 days. Although I planned to change my diet, I'm still in the planning stage. My retest on 2/15/2012 reveals that my total C dropped to 208 and my LDL is now 129. My HDL remained stable at 52. This is an amazing outcome and my doctor said that my improvement meets or exceeds what he would expect to see with a state-of-the-art statin med. The beauty is that I have had none of the side effects associated with prescription meds. I intend to stay on this product and I'm excited to see how much progress I'll make by this time next month. I really hope that people read my review and the others on this page so that people will discover this amazing product.

By doreen My husbands cholesterol went from 233 to 185 in 45 days. Also takes 2 1200 mg fish oil daily. His ldl went from 149 to 107. I am buying 2 more bottles since it has done a tremendous job in controlling his cholesterol.

By Fran E I have been using this product for quite some time and am very pleased with the results. Along with exercise and Omega 3s this product has lowered my cholesterol 30 points. Much better than taking the prescriptives. As a side note, I worked for a well known pharmaceutical company and can get the prescriptive for free through my plan, but rather take this product.

My cholesterol was climbing higher and higher...finally my doctor told me that I had a month to get it under control or he would prescribe the typical cholesterol lowering meds. Since I didn't want that, I heard about CholesteRice. My numbers went from 258 to 199 in just 8 weeks!
