My daughter told me about this stuff. How it would keep the blood level stable. So far it has been working! I no longer get the shakes between meals.

I can't tell any difference between this brand and the others I've used in the past. However I do realize that I don't prefer to get this in capsule form since it comes in small coated tablet form from other brands. I can swallow 2 small tablets with the same effort and water needed to just swallow one of these. Just my preference.
