By Prescott Unlike some other customers, I had no problems with this product. The product I received exactly matches the photo, and the dosage, etc. is all the same. Just like a regular order.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I can't give definitive proof that this product will help your health and fitness goals. Like many other vitamins and supplements, there's a bit of faith at work. Especially when taking multiple pills every day, I can't say for certain this product "works", but I feel good so I'm going to continue taking the advice to scientists and doctors who have done the experiments.

I frequent Robek's quite often because I prefer their smoothies to those of Jamba Juice, and one day a few years ago, I started buying their Trimbek supplement as a workout aid to improve performance and metabolism. That stuff was awesome!! It was also discontinued. So I started researching the ingredients, and found that the two main ingredients that were giving me such great results were Chromium Polynicotinate and L-Carnitine. I bought these plus L-Carnitine POWDER. And bada-bing, bada-boom, I'm getting wonderful results again!
So the caveat is, if you want great workout results, use this with another supplement that will work with it. I DO NOT TAKE THE PILLS ORALLY - I open two of the capsules and put its powder in my smoothies or juice, along with my L-Carnitine powder. I definitely recommend.

DIDN'T GET THE ITEM ADVERTISED AND ORDERED!Apr 18, 2011
By VivieMel I was happy to be able to order Chromium Polynicotinate but when the package came, it contined Chromium Picolinate. I can understand the mistake, so I called the dealer and told them about the error. After a week or so, they called me to say that they did not have the product I ordered, so I just returned the Chromium Picolinate. Therefore, I can't review the actual product.....I just wish I could purchase it SOMEWHERE.

By Donna I was billed last month for this item and it still has not arrived. The seller has terrible customer service as they have not replied to my email yet. I am a very loyal Amazon.com customer and have been for over 10 years. Amazon should not be dealing with this seller. The tracking they provided me with over 2 weeks ago says that "tracking is not available." In essence I was billed for something I have never received, nor will I. I had to file a claim and it has not yet been resolved. I am very disappointed. I can only rate the seller and not the product because the seller never sent me the product.
