By amy i've been taking these for a few years for tinnitus. it does seem that when i don't take them my ears ring more so perhaps they are working. but i also think a lot of what i get from vitamins might be placebo effect. not sure then, why i take them, but if they make me think i feel better, then that's okay. also, i've got an untreatable autoiummune condition and i just feel like i have to try whatever i can since there's no real meds for it. and i do like that the tablets are brown and don't look like any of the other tablets i take so i don't get them mixed up. i don't find these make me ill at all; if i feel ill when i'm taking vitamins, it's just coincidence and it turns out that it's not the supplments. it always turns out that there's something else going on. my bottle didn't have the lead warning on it, so that's why only four stars. on the other hand, the risks of lead seem to be for children and reproductive issues and i'm not getting pregnant at my age and am not feeding these supplements to kids!

By Christine S Williams This is one of the supplements I was told to get to help with my Meniere's symptoms. I take it everyday and I am hoping it will help the ringing in my ears by increasing the blood flow.

By casiiisears I started taking this bio-flavonoid complex and a few of Country Life's other supplements and have not feel well while using the supplements. I am certain my bad health has something to do with these supplements and started about a months after taking the CL's products. I discontinued this product and all of the others and starting to feel better and hoping my full health returns. I am very upset Amazon is selling such poor products not verifying the ingredients and especially without us being allowed to see all of the labels on the entire bottle! It is just my opinion but I recommend not purchasing any supplements online unless you can see all of the labeling and verify the ingredients... Ingesting lead and other toxins will destroy your brain and all of the efforts you put into your nutrition and exercise program.

I got this in hopes of helping my constant ear ringing because a friend had success with bioflavonoids recently. So far, no change for me. After a couple of weeks I finally noticed a little sticker on the side of the bottle warning about the product containing lead! What the heck?!?!
