I don't know if I can directly attribute feeling better to taking this product because I began taking vitamins around the same time. I tried this brand because it came highly recommended in a well respected nutritional health book that I swear by. I do know that as you get older, and if you take cholesterol lowering meds it is a must that you take CoQ10, because those meds help to deplete it from the body, and CoQ10 is necessary for proper heart function. I can tell you that, because of my high blood pressure, I had severe edema in my feet and ankles and since taking Carlson CoQ10 that problem has greatly improved. For all these reasons I will continue to use this product. It costs more than some, but it is also not the most expensive. I have no complaints about the seller or delivery time at all.

This seems to me to be a reliable brand of CoQ10. My daughter was prescribed CoQ10 for a medical condition. We began with this brand, sold locally by a reputable nutritional pharmacy, which only sells pharmaceutical grade supplements. When she started taking the CoQ10, my daughter's symptoms dramatically improved. At one point I ran out of Carlson CoQ10 and bought a bottle of ubiquinol CoQ10 from the Vitamin Shoppe, and it didn't work at all -- her symptoms returned! As soon as she started taking this brand again, her symptoms again disappeared. I am now extremely careful which brands of CoQ10 I will buy, and this is on the list.

I just started this nutrient together with other vitamins that it is
hard to tell which one or all are contributing to my feeling better.
But one thing for sure is I will continue taking this one and the
