I have several NOW FOODS products and this, like every other one, does what it says it does. Google CoQ10 if you don't know it's benefits.

I've purchased prodcuts from NOW in the past, and I've never been let done. This is a great supplement, and coQ10 is an important nutrient for cardiovascular health. If you want to get 100mg of CoQ10 in a multivitamin though, I recommend CBH Super Multi: 22 vitamins and minerals + Ginkgo Biloba, CoQ10, Green Tea, Milk Thistle, Resveratrol, and Antioxidants (60 day multivitamin supply)-Pack of 2

It is hard to prove that CoQ10 is doing its job since I am using a variety of supplements to keep my blood pressure in check. I certainly feel better since I started taking it so I will continue to take CoQ10 along with the other supplements that I am taking. Supplements, good diet and exercise have resulted in a very large drop in my blood pressure reading. My numbers continue to improve each week. I have gotten my blood pressure down by avoiding salt and fat rich foods. Adding high flavonoid foods to my diet and using the supplements, calcium-magnesium, COq10 and fish Oil.
