I have taken this for at least 10 years to help keep me regular. I do have a specialized situation due to a previous unrelated surgery that affected my regularity, but this works for me. If you take it, start slow and see how it feels to you. I take it at night and it usually works by morning. I take as many a three along with stool softeners ("don't try this at home", like they say) if I really need help, but I try to stay with two. I get up early so as to be ready to go to work. It never gripes me, but my sister says it does gripe her. One thing I like about it is that it does not have physilium husks and other bran type ingredients which usually stop me up big time, the opposite affect that they are supposed to have. I have never heard of this being a problem to anyone else. One thing I like about colon clenz is that if you take the right amount for your needs, it will keep you regular w/o having to "stay close to home" if you know what I mean. Practice on the days you know you don't have to go out early and remember to start small. Since I take it so regularly, the only thing I would want to say is that I wish it was all organic.

If you take this every day like the instructions indicate this will work. No cramps at all.. I believe I will buy this again. You must take one in the morning and one at night.
