A great conditioner that cleans scalp too!Aug 12, 2007
By S. Griggs I call this my new wonder conditioner. It's not only a gentle conditioner for the hair, but I've discovered that it leaves my scalp very clean. And after reading up on it, I've have found that it's secret in doing this is in it's natural ingredients, especially the tea tree oil. Even after the first use, my hair and scalp was left very soft and very clean. Nothing came out in my comb afterwards. I can use it everyday without leaving my hair feeling heavy. In fact, I've left it in my hair overnight and combed it dry later and my hair was still left as full as ever, so this does not weigh your hair down at all. It's a great product whether your hair is colored or not. I've gone back and gotten the shampoo as well and now I don't have to use harsh shampoos anymore. In fact, I can wash & condition my hair as often as I want/need because these products are so gentle due to their natural formulas.

By S. Griggs This is my first review on Amazon but I just had to share what I've discovered. This product worked far better than I thought it would. How did I come across it? I was reading up on home remedies for hair care and compiled a list of them to help control a scalp problem. I've been using several products with mixed reviews of success and not so successful. One shampoo I've been using with the best success contains sallicylic acid. It works well for control, but to date, I've not found a scalp treating shampoo that left it as clean as this. Before, after a shampoo, I'd comb out my hair and there would always be something in my comb. But after adding Burt's Bees Green Tea & Fennel conditioner to my routine, my scalp becomes completely clean after a shower. And when I comb my hair to dry, nothing is left behind in my comb. I discovered Burt's Bees conditioner has nearly all the ingredients that I read up on for scalp control all rolled up in one product and decided to try it. To my surprise, it really does the job and leaves my hair & scalp feeling great, not heavy or oily and really easy to comb out. This conditioner doesn't even claim this benefit but I have to tell you, I've never gotten my scalp 100% clean as this with just one application and no excessive combing. It leaves your hair lite and smooth feeling. Just comb out, let dry and you are done.

By Redwing Burt's Bees Green Tea and Fennel Conditioner is a great product. I am interested in natural products and want to get away from petroleum based products as much as possible. I tried this conditioner on my color treated hair and thought it worked well. I used it after Burt's Bees Green Tea and Fennel shampoo, and thought they both worked great. The shampoo did not produce as much lather as other shampoos with sodium laurel sulphate, but after I got used to that it was fine. I don't have to use as much of the conditioner as I expected and that was a benefit. The smell is great and the product lasts a long time. I plan on using it for a long time.
