I purchased this because I read the book, "Stay 40 without Diet or Exercise", by Dr. Richard LippmanStay 40: Without Diet or Exercise. Its supposed to help your body increase estrogen naturally which will help with keeping your breast and reproductive tissues healthy. Also, since its made out of extracts from broccoli and brussel sprouts I think it'd probably be good for your arteries too. I've been taking this for almost a month along with the other supplements and I feel more energetic.

By azpooch The first time I used this product, I took 2 tablets a day. I noticed a major decrease in the amount of breast tenderness I typically would get prior to menses. The second time I used it, I took only 1 tablet a day. Unfortunately, that was not enough. So, this cycle I am back to taking 2 tablets and again am feeling much relief. I am so glad I found DIM and especially by Source Naturals. I love their products!

Horrible odorMar 16, 2012
By Anne Maas I have been taking DIM for some time now and ordered from Source Naturals the most recent two times. In both instances the bottles arrived and, when opened, the tablets had a horribly strong odor similar to moth balls. I thought maybe the odor would disappear after a day or two but it did not. I would not dare take them.

Sensitive individuals, beware...Jul 15, 2011
By RedX7 I bought this as a remedy for unexplained acne flare-ups and sudden problem skin, but in the short time I used it I only experienced unscheduled menstrual upsets (I also experienced the same thing with MSM supplements). This never happened before the product and stopped immediately after. I'd not take a pill one day and the effects would taper the following day; when the pills were resumed the irregularities would too.
I used it for about two weeks because I didn't want to give up on it so quickly, but I didn't notice a difference in my skin either. If anything, the stress from the unpleasant side effects actually made my skin worse. It didn't seem worth the trade off to wait for results.
