Fish oil without indigestionJan 02, 2012

I have been taking fish oil for years. As I have increased the dosage to provide added benefits, there has been a problem with mild fish burps.

Someone suggested freezing the capsules to allow them to stay solid until they were past the stomach.

I was told that pharmaceutical grade fish oil had fewer problems.

I have used this product for the past year without any fish burps or any indigestion. I take four capsules each morning and have no GI or other problems. As an aside, my blood pressure and cholesterol is down without prescription drugs.

Highly recommended.

My husband, who is a wellness/holistic/nutritional health care provider, recommends this product to all of his clients who are unable to handle consuming liquid cod liver oil. I personally have used this product for years and find that it supports my health exceptionally well!

I have used these for quite some time. I take them because I am told they are great for the brain. Not positive they work but these have no aftertaste at all and have a higher amount of omega 3s than other brands per capsule. I take three capsules a day.
