SuperNutrition's products have always been a favorite of mine. I can tell the difference in my energy level when I take vitamins from this company. The regular Perfect Blend daily vitamins are kind of huge. These "easy swallow" Perfect Blend vites are great because, well, they are easy to swallow. These vites have iron. The regular size Perfect Blend is available with and without iron; but it seems that Easy Swallow Perfect Blend is not available in iron-free tablets. I hope that SuperNutrition makes Easy Swallow Perfect Blend iron-free soon, because I really don't need the iron, but I love the smaller tablets.

What I find frustrating about buying vitamins online is that the product description is nonexistent. I had been using Perfect Blend simply one, and I thought this is a similar product. However with these vitamins the daily dose is 6 small pills. The instructed dosage is three pills with lunch three pills with dinner. Personally I don't like taking all of those pills! But this brand is one of the few out there that does NOT give me urinary discomfort. In that most multi-vitamins increase my urge to urinate, say every five minutes! These vitamins DO NOT CAUSE that problem!!!
