Like the product, but you need more than the bottle indicates to replicate the studies.May 31, 2011
By Grace I got this product after my doctor recommended that I use this supplement to support my weightloss efforts. It isn't a miracle drug, but I do think that it is helping. It's important to note that in order to get the amount of CLA that was used in the 2007 meta analysis which showed statistically significant weight loss (3.2 g/day) you have to take more than the bottle indicates. The directions suggest 2 to 3 softgels over the course of the day- but each softgel only has 780 mg of CLA. I take 4 per day, which is technically still short at just 3.12g/day but I eat eggs most days and they are a food source for CLA. Hope this information helps someone!

Smallest dosage I could findAug 08, 2011
By Amazon Fan I kept finding bottles where you had to take 12 pills a day to get 3,000mg a day. One pill of these has 780mg CLA, so just 3 or 4 pills a day. So, the bottle should last for 1.5 to 2 months. Best choice by far. I've been taking this, Animal Pak and Recreate for the last few weeks and have seen a reduction in fat.

By Keeks I didn't take this product long enough to experience any benefits but 1-2 weeks after taking this I had broken out in painful, devastating (people would actually ask me what was wrong with my face) acne along my chin, jawline, and neck. It was the worst breakout of my life (I'm 26) and it took a couple of weeks to start to calm down. From my googling (CLA + acne) it looks like this is a fairly common occurrence. Beware!

Dont waste your money on Iron TekJan 02, 2012
By jcl4texas I ordered Iron Tek cla and it does not work at all. I have been taking Vitamin Shoppe tonalin and thought I would try this brand. More pills less money , hahaha so I thought. Taking the vitamin shoppe brand you can tell the very first day its working. I took 8 Iron Tek cla in one day nothing . Don't waste your money , don't think becuse of no tax , no shipping its worth it... ITS NOT..
