I couldn't disagree more with Carrie. This multi is the best I've tried. I worked in the nutrition field for quite some time, and I've tried many. The extra micro-nutrients I believe are key to maximizing a multi's benefit. After taking this one on a regular basis, I really noticed if I missed a day. It helps to keep your energy level stable, and I even started getting random compliments from strangers on how nice my skin looked (definitely a plus!) after taking it for a few months. I do recommend it.

I've used these vitamins for several years, have given them to many clients in my herbal and nutritional clinic, and have gotten a lot of great feedback from my customers in my herb & vitamin store in Colorado. Not only do they have a great levels of all of the basic nutrients (great ratio of magnesium to calcium btw, I recommend Natural Calm with Calcium for calcium supplementation), they've added DMAE, Enzymes, Ginkgo, Milk Thistle, Grape Skin, along with some other micro-nutrients. Doesn't upset the stomach and dissolves well. Highly Recommended!

I thought I was getting The Vitamin Shoppe Essential Life multi vitamins which are rated a 5 star vitamin. These Country Life Essential Caps are rated 2.5 which I consider to be fairly worthless! I returned them to The Vitamin Shoppe here in my town.
