I purchased this product to add to my collection of destress products. I would recommend using this product by taking a face towel & making a warm cloth using this bath soak. Great way to end a long, tiring day.

This was just I wanted- an additive for the bath that soothes a bit when congested. It's certainly not a cure-all but it helps and I recommend it in conjunction with our remedies for congestion.

The bath soak had a hint of eucalyptus that was overwhelmed by rancid odors. I was not able to even use it. The ingredients list is not the same on every bottle. Is Aubrey's experimenting with the formula because of this problem? Also, I wonder if they do any stability testing of this product - perhaps Aubrey's preservative just isn't working.
