Excellent product with many benefitsApr 04, 2010
By Feelin' like a Movie Star Product shipped fast. I had reviewed many types of EPO & chose this particular product. The value is excellent since you get two bottles for a great price. I have not found the same value in any store. I will continue to purchase this exact product from same vendor in the future. Thanks!!

Working as intendedSep 28, 2011

I am a diabetic trying to get my BGL under control, I am following Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution: The Complete Guide to Achieving Normal Blood Sugars and he recommends taking EPO and ALA every 8 hours.
It's been 2 weeks now and I have managed to drop by BGL by 25-30 points, even when I ran out of metformin it maintained the reduction so I know it is the ALA and EPO that are having an effect.
I REALLY didn't think it was going to help but I am trying so hard to get my BGL down on diet and exercise without medications that I thought I should give this a try before having to use insulin or worse.
I am going to keep on this regimen for 6 months and then see if I can get off the metformin, I still don't have my BGL under 100 yet but I am very close. Once I can get below 100 I will be satisfied and can move on to adjusting things to live without medications.
I am very happy that this actually works for me, it gives me hope of being able to live without medications again.

Truly helps with PMS, a blessingDec 10, 2011
By try/star I have been using these for 20 years to prevent PMS. If I stop taking them, in about 2 months I get my bad symptoms back. I consider these essential and cannot think of being without them. Note, I take 3 a day, every day (all at once in the AM, or 1 with each meal when I'm super efficient).
They do not work like asprin, and will not take effect with in hours. You must take them every day for 1 to 3 months to start to feel better, then keep taking them. Like iron or calcium or your daily multi, they provide essential nutrients. If you suffer from heavy flow/cramps/sore breasts with your period, these could change your life for the better. No more asprin, Pamprin, Motrin, Tylenol, the symptoms just stop! Worth a try if you suffer every month for years and years, give yourself 6 months' trial and you may be very happy you did.

stinky!Nov 25, 2011
By serving I first bought this exact product at a well-known health and supplement chain. When I saw the same product at Amazon, I thought I was taking no risk by ordering it online. Though the bottles and capsules inside look identical to what I had purchased in the store, the big difference was the stinky smell! The bottle I purchased in the store had no odor. The two I ordered via this website both stink! They are nowhere near the expiration date. I can't figure it out. It may be the gelatin in the capsules, but why didn't the first bottle I purchased smell? They may be fine, but purchaser should be prepared for this.
