I started taking Evening Primrose Oil because I read it might help with skin problems. I had rosacea, and an itchy, flaky scalp. I take 2 gelcaps every morning, and my scalp is fine and my rosacea is gone. I cannot swear that it is cause and effect, but it seems that way to me! I also have fewer, milder hot flashes.
