Excellent Alternative to Fish OilAug 31, 2011

Nature's Way Flax Oil is an excellent source for Omega 3s. Their products are reasonably priced plus this flax oil has the benefit of being a non-GMO product and no burping that can happen with fish oil. It also helps with hot flashes if you take it 3 times a day. I take this flax oil at least twice a day, morning and night, and it seems to have helped my joints as well.

takes two pill per once, take one to three time per day.

Pros.

Good quality Non-GMO Canadian flax oil. Organic certified (although NOT USDA certified)
200 pills for modest reasonable price
1 pill for 1200mg. no trick or whatsoever
pills are rather softy, like the jellybean

Cons.

pills are quite big. horsepill, dare I say. people who had problem with big pill should avoid this
(although i have no problem with that)
