I would recommend Jarrow Formulas Germanium. It is a good booster for the immune system.

This price is well under your local health store's price. If you want to boost your immunity, take one along with two rose hips and one selenium, 3 or 4 times a day. Research shows that your immune cells are starving for this combination. I can actually tell a difference!

It has helped me in my symptoms, but it is not the purest organic germanium. It didn't disclose the origin of the product on the label. I don't know if this organic germanium is made in USA. It didn't dissolve in boiling water. Good organic germanium should dissolve in water quickly, especially in boiling water. I am going to research for better organic germanium.
