I've been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin for my bad knees for about seven years. I've tried a number of different brands and I've found the Solgar product works the best for me. I've heard that Solgar products have more filler in them. I don't know whether that's true or not.

I have very little cartilage between my knee bone and cap. Several years ago, I could barely get up and down a flight of stairs. But after taking the Solgar product for three weeks, I was playing tennis. Don't get me wrong. My knees still suffered and were often swolen after I played. And where I could run around the court, I still had difficulty stopping and changing directions. Even so, this product has made a tremendous difference in the quality of my life.

I experimented with other brands, but always went back to Solgar. Indeed, different body chemistries sometimes absorb and react differently to certain remedies. It wouldn't hurt to experiment with Solgar and other brands to see which one works best for you.

Where are the labels so consumers can easily compare and shop for what is best for their particular needs. If you do have an option to look at each bottle's labels, it's not easy to find. =( Going to Vitamin world instead...

Not one for writing reviews so I will keep it short.
My doctor recommended that I should take this , not necessarily this brand. It was me taking the time to read all the reviews on this product that made me choose this product. With in 3 weeks the pain in my knees was gone and I mean completely gone.

I have used this product for over 10 years and my arthritis and joint pain has not increased. It seems to do what they say it does.
