5I can eat what I want again!Feb 06, 2010
By Victoria Foreman "Tori"
I have been using this product for many years after being gluten free for many years. I can eat wheat and other grains without any intestinal reactions as long as I take 1 of these pills first. I have recommended it to friends and family members as well and they love it too. I do not go anywhere without my Gluten-zyme pills and I am careful not to run out.

5Relief at last!Jul 07, 2011
By Vivian
Took me a while to realize that my recent medical issues were due partly to gluten intolerance. At least I don't seem to be fully gluten allergic. NOTE: a large number of those tested for Celiac Disease show up negative, though they are gluten intolerant. Since taking this enzyme, I can now go out to a restaurant and even eat gluten again if I choose. The next day, I feel a little bit yucky, but it's a large cry from the previous severe symptoms. Though my holistic MD prescribed the NOW "Super Enzyme" to take care of any/all issues, I still take the Gluten-Zyme just in case. He says it won't do any harm to take both.

5This product makes me feel normal again!Jan 22, 2011
By Dalokgawd
I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity and it really makes eating out a pain. Sometimes it can be difficult to find something on a restaurant menu with no flour and I was often left with only a few choices anywhere I went. I have been experimenting with different things on the gluten-zyme pills and have yet to get sick when I have taken them. Doughnuts, garlic bread, and regular pasta are back on my menu. I am so happy to have found these pills and highly recommend them for people with gluten sensitivity.

4A Good Way to Protect YourselfMay 17, 2012
By Jill K. Harness
You can't eat a few of these and then go eat a whole loaf of French bread, but you can take two and not worry about cross contamination at a restaurant, enjoy something that has a little flour as a thickener or nibble on an ordinary baked goodie that would ordinarily be out of the question.
As long as you just have a little bit of flour with these pills, you won't get the usual bloating, cramps and nausea you ordinarily get when ingesting gluten. That being said, you might still get gas. Still, it's better than going without the pills.
Note, this is from someone with gluten intolerance, not Celiac disease. If you have Celiacs, you shouldn't be eating any gluten if you can help it...although this can still help at restaurants to prevent cross contamination.
