I've really enjoyed this condensed version on menopause and osteoporosis. Dr. Page's answers are concise and direct with helpful information on herbs, etc, where to locate and send for tests and lists some of her formulas as well. I keep it by my bed stand and refer to it quite often. She's written so many books on health and well-being and is a trusted name to me.

If you're new to Menopause and osteoporosis, this is a handy little guide; very informative and useful. However, if you need specific information to add to the knowledge you've already researched then there's probably only about 5 pages of this 65 page pamphlet that will be useful. Great for the price though and pro natural methods!
