Effective For Heart RateNov 25, 2011

I started taking this supplement about 3 months ago. It became part of a new program of natural supplements to lower my blood pressure I began taking recently. About 5 months ago I started taking a BP supplement that worked amazingly wekk at lowering my blood pressure considerably. I was able to stop using a prescription BP med that I had been on for over 25 years. Although I did notice the reduction in BP numbers, one thing that didn't show too favorably was my heart rate. My prescription med, a beta blocker, slowed my heart rate to between 66 and 72 beats a minute. Although the new supplement I was taken was being effective on my BP, my heart rate was being sustained at around 84 beats a minute, and often higher. I actually found this Himalaya brand supplement by typing "heart rate" into "Amazons Health and Personal Care" department. Kinda of clumsy and idealistic I admit, but as it turns out I believe this supplement to be working in slowing my heart rate. It took a while to become effective, but my pulse rate at rest is now nicely balanced at a normal 72 beats a minute, or lower. In all fairness along with trying a new natural supplement for for my BP I began eating better and exercising a little more. But trust me when I say I am not killing myself. As much as it really may sound far fetched, I honestly believe this Himalaya Regulator has lowered, and is sustaining a slower heart rate. No doctor here writing this review folks, just a life long sufferer of hypertension that got sick of catering to doctors and insurance companies for my meds and decided free myself of the yolk. All I can tell you is this Himalaya supplement is working for me, and has become an effective part of my natural regimen for controlling my blood pressure. For those in similar circumstances, I highly recommend it. The worst thing that can happen is you see no results at all. Worth a try...
