Natural Factors HP B Complex is a quality vitamin. I've used other brands of B Complex and didn't notice any difference in my energy levels at all. My doctor suggested I buy Natural Factors, and I noticed results in less than a couple of weeks. I'm a new mom and this brand works!

I used to buy Natural Factors supplements when I lived in Canada and still believe it is a good trusted product line. I like to take extra B complex 50mg in addition to my daily multiple vitamin for extra good health. The capsules are easier to swallow than hard pills, and also nice to break them open to add to smoothies. Good product, good price, free shipping, and speedy delivery to Maui. How can I go wrong ?

Ordered this product for our youngest, and she did not open the bottle until she finished another B Complex she had purchased at Target. She was shocked at the difference in how she felt. She understood that the dosage was higher, but that it was hard to believe how much better she felt after taking the Natural Factors formulation.
