I think this product is great, took CLA for two months and lost 5 pounds in that time. I also started working out around this time too and have been feeling great since I started. I've been trying to stay away from caffeine and weight loss pills that contain stimulants like caffeine, this couldn't have been a better substitution for me. Taking raspberry ketones with CLA really helps too. I didn't do this at first but added the ketones later on when my weight loss started to stall.
I've lost a total of 14 pounds so far, I think the raspberry ketones used in conjunction with the CLA is a really effective combination. I started using the primaforce brand, Primaforce Max CLA 90 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder just cause of the free raspberry ketones they include, I think these are both good brands though. If you are looking for natural ways to lose weight and want to try to avoid the fat burners packed with caffeine, this is the way to go!

By caffeinatedcollegial Although this helps you reduce body fat I just can't stand taking the supplement because it makes me break out with deep cystic acne that are embarrassingly huge as well as very painful. It also makes your skin much more oily (although this same oil does give your hair a nice luster so there are some pros I guess).
If you don't get acne maybe it's a good product for you but if you're sensitive to products that cause acne I wouldn't recommend it.

By Internet Man CLA is great at what it does and that is aid in weight loss. I've only taken this product for 2 weeks and I've already lost 10lbs, of course that is with proper eating and exercising. I just take 1 pill after every meal.
Another great thing about CLA is the way its packaged. It is simply bursting with pills - none of this 'fill the bottle halfway with pills and the other half with cotton' crap. You get your moneys worth.

By Mr P This is one of the safest supplements on the planet to aid in fat loss. In a nut shell it slows down fat absorption, makes your body use more of your fat for energy and helps add lean muscle. What most people don't realize is CLA can be derived from sunflower and safflower. Safflower is superior. It will give you 80% vs. 40% for sunflower. So 1250 mg of safflower oil will give you 1000mg of CLA. This is one of the best out their. Now taking this and not exercising will achieve minimal, if any results. If you are already hitting the gym you will see great results. Diet is a factor as well. The best part is it is safe.
