Be cautious when using this product. Something changed with this formula. I used this last year and it was fantastic, then it was pulled and under review for a good 6 months. When it was re-released the formula had changed and I felt contributed to the hormonal imbalance and migraine symptoms I was experiencing. I stopped taking them and the side effects also subsided. I am very disappointed because the former product was fantastic.

it is the second time i bought, my doctor recomended to loose weight, im using and also going to the gym every day, it is my second week so far did not see the results yet, but since it was recomended by specialists I'm taking it considering it is safe.
I always use the products from source naturals, it is a good brand.
