Lowers anxiety so we aren't at each others throatsOct 25, 2011

Both my mate and I have anxiety issues {who doesn't in our economy today}. We make sure we take Inositol morning and evening. It really helps calm us and gives us a good nights sleep. A great alternative to prescription drugs and it has no side effects.

This is the first time I have used Jarrow formulas Inositol 750 mg capsules and I take it before bed time to halp me fall asleep and it does work! I suffer from panic attacks and Inositol has helped my panic attacks. I also take prescription anti-depressant also. I take Inositol to help me fall asleep. I will order this product again. Thanks Amazon

Was looking for another all natural supplement to help with my anxiety and this is a GREAT calming product! I have little pani attacks here and there and this has alleviated that! I also take a vitamin B complex as well as multi-vitamin. I just took a flight recently and I hate to fly and have full blown panic attacks on flight, I popped one of this and was good to go!! The first 15 mins of the flight the little panic attacks trie to creep in but Inositol kept me nice and calm! Try Ashwaganda as well!

I had a therapist recommend it. She says it works wonders for her patients with OCD and anxiety from "head running". It's affordable and works great :)
