I was turned on to Choline many years ago, has always helped me with relaxation and concentration. My husband more recently started taking aniracetam, Aniracetam Bulk Powder 30 Grams (1.06 Oz) to help him focus on a big project for work. Turns out when you combine it with choline the effects are increased significantly. I've been more alert and "switched on" during the day, and able to relax more easily I think, in social situations. A good one two punch!

Both my mate and I suffer from anxiety. For years we
squabbled when one or both of us felt uptight. By using inositol/choline we are getting along better and sleeping better.

I've always been a fan of source naturals. Their choline/inositol comes across as high quality, and does what it's intended to do. Most people don't get enough choline in their diet; this is a good way to fix that.

Instead of taking one large pill, I tend to split them in two...half in the morning, half at night. But whatever works for you.

I bought this brand of choline because I didn't want 500mg+ in one serving. I buy source naturals products quite a bit and I've never been disappointed.

With this choline though, the pills are large, rough, and have edges to them. I'm writing this review immediately after I had one get stuck in my throat for the second time. And it's not a "oh, ouch, that's uncomfortable so I'll drink some water to get it down" type of feeling. This thing takes me straight into vomit town. I've never had trouble swallowing pills until now.

Other than that I guess it works decently. I haven't really noticed a substantial difference but I've only been taking it for 3 or 4 days now. Using it to supplement with Piracetam & I've had no headaches, but I'm gonna try to return this and find a different brand of choline so that my supplementation doesn't turn into a daily round of fear factor.
